I was watching this youtube video and it said that China put Chemical on their Toothpaste to make it more bubbly.
It immediately made me double check where my toothpaste was made.

Dunno. I think I heard somthing about some chemical being added to toothpast(lead?) but I can't remember where.

I've heard of this before.The toothpaste is a discount product made from china.They reported that these items are counterfeit,other items that where counterfeit where haircare products,mouthwash,and other stuff.I saw it on the news like a month or two before.Sorry I forgot the names,but they recalled it back.And not to mention these products where ONLY found in New York,no where else.

This is what I referring to,this toothpaste wasn't from china but from South Africa.So maybe its not safe lol j/k

If you look further down the wiki article,its confirmed that china used too much of this ingredient.

"In May 2007, Panamanian officials reported that toothpaste manufactured in China with "glycerine" contained high levels of DEG"

Yes, toys also have lead and stuff.

But honestly what do you expect? It's cheap labor there and the people making this stuff are probably half asleep.
