Hi i nid help on joining the factions,,, i wanted to join forces of chaos i have given 30 ginseng to AH DOC, and get a rec of chaos frm him..but i went back to edwin it said you cant do this quest as u r joining the opposing forces

It is becuase you are in a guild, you first have to leave ur guild then finish the quest and rejoin it afterwards.
