Default Should I max Mana Arrow?
I have a level 17 Dragon that I plan on being a Dark Taoist (or whatever they're called) with, and I wanted to know if I should max Mana Arrow. If not, what level should I get it to?

Well it all depends on what skills you want 2nd job check out this Site for info and guides on good skill choices and such.

erm leave it at lvl 1 before u get to use arrow rush, thats when u can max ur mana arrow
