HELP! i got this problem

when i try to play it says. The instruction at "0x62308e19" referenced memory at "0x021b38c8". They memory could not be "read"

happened to me a while ago, i just un-installed it, re-botted my computer and it worked until it started to restart my computer whenever i play it...
