Please be informed that due to an unavoidable change in our service agreement with our primary telco provider, all games serviced by Level Up! now goes through the domestic network. Players connecting through the international gateway will no longer be able to play the game. This will impact international players, as well as some domestic players using ISPs that are not configured properly to connect to the Level Up! game servers.

Not sure, if this is really or not. EvilEye's posted on the boards, if there's IP BLOCK. So all we do now is wait :S
