Hey Everyone... I work for an RMT company and notice that WOW is decreasing in numbers. Do you know we tried to buy banned accounts to track how many actual users there were and we got banned from the forums. Blizzard is hiding something from the consumers. What do you guys think?

Is WoW declining? Is Blizzard finally realizing that their game is about to be trumped by some "unheard of" MMORPG? I personally can't wait till some new game comes and trumps them. I have met the guy responsible for creating the TOS/EULA which keeps us from selling our accounts and he is a real jerk. Emailed him a question and he blew me off.

Blizzard isn't hiding anything. WoW's player base is always rising, from what I hear day to day. You're waiting for some idiot MMO-creator to come along and ALLOW you to buy accounts/currency and sell it back to them? Dream on, man, dream on.

"Oh, yea, I was wondering about me violating terms of agreement and licensing clauses. Can I do that without legal action?" You're damn STRAIGHT he's gonna blow you off.

Actually,the last population (Monthly ratio) was clocked somewhere between 1-5 million lol. (about 1/3 of that is over-seas).

theres around 300-600,000 players in The United states/Canada.

i dont really think theyll lose it.

and since the lich king was Introduced,alot of people are reviving their accounts.

gonna be a while before this sun dies.

This was clocked in 2005.

Currently theyve reached 8-9million subcribers. with about 3.5million active accts
