i'm having trouble understading the specialist system, could any1 help me out?

Basically, you have to go through a series of quests and be a certain level to obtain a specialist card. Now, you must equip the card and use it to become that specialist. There are a few requirements to using one. It's a bit long to explain, just get one and you'll see.

basically each has his or her own specialists
the 1st specilist is at lvl 36 and job lvl 20, u can get the card even if ut not job 20 tho, but must be lvl 36.
u then do a quest in order to get it, when u do get it, u have to equip it, and then u transform into the specialist itself.
I.E. archer goes into a ranger after its 1st specialist.
then u can go back to archer by pressing "g" on the keyboard. specialist arent permanent so u can more then 1 specialist for ur class.
