I keep getting this error whenever I try to configure my out-of-game options:

"The application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

But re-installing doesn't work.

Is there any other way to change to fullscreen? Windowed mode lags so much it's unplayable.
