So I have to ask, is it only possible to make your character look different if you pay for Nexon Points?

And another question:
How do I make a party? I keep getting some message about level 18, and I have a feeling that has to do with PVP.

No, you can buy avatars using ingame money from the auction.
Press B(default), look for アバター（Or something like that, I may be missing a stretch by the ba), and look for your class.

You can also find avatars in people's shop. They do normally cost 200k+ depending on rarity.

Edit: I'm thinking of buying a Sunburned skin for priests. If you see one for >=(less than or equal to)300k, pm me(forums cause I won't be on most of this and next week) or buy it and I'll repay you :0 !

Edit2: Also, anyone know why Apricot is the most popular? Is it because it's the most Asian?

Edit3: Right click another player, press the option with パーティー and see whether they accept or not

Is it hard to play this game in japanese? Big Language Barrier or sorta easy? I wanted to try and play this before the NA one came out. Also is it hard to Register for the game? if not I can try. If it is can someone help me make an account?

The registration is pretty easy, I think Google translate will serve you well. If you need help, come ask, we don't bite(mostly).
There is a small language barrier, but as long as you can match the field names/monster names/item names, you can complete quests easily.

Other than that, not much to say. Also, don't forget to install/run with Japanese unicode. You'll get error 114 or 414 or something and Shade will come, call you a noob, yell at you, and leave.

Any other questions?

If in America and some Pacific Island country, yes. If pretty much anywhere else, no.
Also, only use VPN to play. Downloading/logging in should be done without it to ensure maximum speed.
