1st: After first jobchange you will get a sign of changing your class
Here an example: Launcher get a Weapon on their back (normal gunner doesnt have them) also Avatars change your current Style (but not the Sign you get from the Job Change)

2nd:
Dont Sell ryan cokes... Sell blue Weapons and stuff you dont need.. Collect Monster drops... Maybe use Auction House (find it in here if faels gonna flame me)

3rd: DO ALL QUESTS YOU CAN, incase you run out of Stress do some tower of death runs!!

oh and wtf am i supposed to do with ryan cokes? besides sell them for 2g =(

They are used for upgrades. Talk to Kiri (the female Gunner NPC in Hendon Myre) and select the sword with a star on the tip.

And by blue items I mean items that have a Blue name.

If you can, party up with some friend and do dungeons in Master - King and aim for rank A - S, clear all the rooms and then sell all the drops. Also, doing Episode Quests gives a LOT of money.
