That's a shame you're still blocked Shiren, I just made a new account since mine got banned when I just started. So far everything has been going smoothly.

If anyone wants to party with me or something you can add my xfire, my username is biketough. I'm new so any help would be nice

Well, the old accounts that I made back when mage class wasn't out yet are still there so I can play, but I sort of like my new account >_>
After reading through a lot of forum posts, it seems like getting your account falsely banned is something that occurs among the Japanese players as well.
The general concensus seems to be that if you mail support, they should get your account back up in around 4-7 days, so I'm hoping that it's going to work out.

Nexon Japan should accept foreign credit card if I recall correctly. Don't know where the option and guides are since the Hangame to Nexon handover was pretty recent.

I am pretty new aound here :P been playing for a few days, just wondering if I can get a guild invite

Oh and Im stuck on Episode 3 Quest #8, i think it's supposed to be something about the fire witch dungeon and getting rank B, but I cleared it on Expert with rank S, so Im is confused. In game name is Verenice, and im a guy but love fighters

If you're using the wiki DNF episode quest guide then its just a typo for that quest. It's supposed to be fire witch on master's road not expert with B rank or higher.
