Fluff. I live in North America! It's called CANADA here though ^^;;
Anyways.. 1) NPC Equipment stops becoming useful around level 40 ~ 50. Around that time, you start buying Set, Rare, and Unique equipment from the other Japanese players 2) Depending on what you want to be, there are a few of them. Launcher, Ranger, Spitfire, and Mechanic 3) EVERY NPC does something of importance, depending on the class you have. With Gunners, the most important NPC is Kirian. She gives you your best Gunner Skills and 2nd job advancements 4) Those are Ancient Jars of random crap. Don't open them unless you think what is inside will sell for more than the jar itself. Other than that, sell them. Always.

When you change to your second job at level 18, all your skills reset. So now is your time to experiment with lots of different skills. Sadly I don't know all the names, because it's another person who I partner with who plays gunner (Ranger, specifically), not me.

That's pretty cool, I was already thinking this character was screwed up, cause obviously I don`t know squat about the game, and I am just placing points in what ever skill that looks nifty.
More Questions. Is Master Road the last difficulty for each level? And should I get any kind of confirmation when I clear it? Like for instance when you complete the first difficulty and then a message pops up to say Expert has been unlocked. Again about the skills, is there a place I can look at to see which skills should I raise according to the job advancement I choose? Like some sort of mini guide. I noticed 4 skills that already came with the character from the start, they are "The Chemistry", "The Craft", "Leather Armour Mastery" and "Disjoin Item", can't seem to do anything with them. Just what the hell are these?! And finnaly, which quests have prices that can't be obtained with sheer will power and a lot of free time? Cause going back and forth between the game and the forum isn`t my idea of fun times. I`ll probably be back with more of these kind of questions, I just can`t stand not knowing! How some people can play and be oblivious about all the text they can't read is something I can't understand. Reading those useless descriptions is half the fun of any RPG. |

Difficulties are as follows; Normal -> Beat this with a C or greater to get the next road. Expert's Road -> Beat this with a C or greater to get the next road. Master's Road -> Beat this with an S or greater to get the next road. King's Road --------------- As you go up in difficulty, each monster gives MORE xp, and MORE gold is found throughout the dungeon. Then Rankings are given for how many STYLE and TECHNICAL points you score while fighting and how FEW hits you take, the rankings are like so; F / E / D / C / B / A / S / SS / SSS <-- Best possible rank. Every time you go to the next room (map) in the dungeon, your rank will go down one. THE FIRST ENEMY YOU ATTACK IN THAT ROOM IS VITAL. Hit this enemy with everything you got, juggle him, shred him from behind whatever, just get lots of points so your rank goes back up and gets higher. First enemy is a benchmark. --------------------------- STYLE is how many times you COMBO an enemy and for how many hits. So if you juggle an enemy for 5 times, it's a combo, if you hit the enemy 20 times, the number count turns red and it's worth even more, keep juggling for more style points. -In parties; if you combo and enemy, and your allies also combo the same enemy this is worth LOTS OF POINTS. TECHNICAL is how many Critical hits, Back Attacks, Aerials, and skills/magic you use on your opponent. Critical hits are random, Back Attacks are when you attack them from behind, and Aerials are when you hit an opponent in the air. To get even more points like this, attack an enemy that is already being attacked from behind and combo them. It's worth a lot to do this. ----------------------------- About skills, don't worry for your first job, just decide now what you want to be at 18. Then experiment with that classes jobs. The Japanese wiki is really helpful for these skills, Here; http://translate.google.com/translat...language_tools Finally those 4 skills that are green, you don't use them, they are passive. It just tells you what kinds of weapons to use and what to wear. Go with Leather since you are a gunner. The rest is for making items, which you can't really do without scrolls that have instructions. For Quests, check that guide I linked to. It has EVERYTHING.

That`s really usefull, thanks. I was wondering what where the different colors in the item descriptions for. Can you explain it a bit more on that? Cause I can hardly make any sense out of the Wiki translation.
And just to be sure, tell if I got this right. Each job advancement in any given class, specializes in a certain tab of skills, but all of the advancements share common skills that might not be on the same tab, right? Asides from Kirian, Seria and Lynus, does any other NPC have Gunner skills? And what do the different colors in the skill icon mean? I`ve seen green, yellow and blue. Is there a level cap? For some reason I think it's 60, but I don`t know where I took that from. One more thing, I shouln`t worry too much about crafting my own items in the begining and just use the NPC stuff, right? Oh I was forgetting, I read there are different quests to make the same job advancement. Like 3 different quests to make it as a Launcher. Do the different quests yield different results? Or is it just to spice the game up a bit? That's it...... for now. I'll be back

Don't make items now, wait till you're at least like, 30 to bother with that kind of thing, because it wastes your money. I'd wait till I was 40 if I were you. Each job advancement is focused on a particular tab of skills, yeah, but you can get skills outside your tab. This may not always be a good idea, as some of these skills won't benefit your class at all, and others will only be useful for a while then suddenly you realize there were other things in your tab that were more important to get. This is what happened to me, with my mage. Seria only gives Universal skills, and of her skills only the back jumping skill, I forget the name now, and the back jump cancel skill are useful. Don't get jump level 2. There's a much better skill called "Air Time" for gunners. Linus gives a few skills in each tab, for new players so that they can try some. Kirian is your master, and trains you in all the skills that apply to you. Get your skills from her after you change classes. I forgot what the colors are for. Level cap is 55, I think. No you do all 3 quests to become a Launcher. Not just one. You have to take all of them and finish all of them. Once you've finished the first launcher quest, you can't go back and be another class, you're pretty much set.

Heyas. =)
Little problem. I just reached level 18 on my Fighter, and want to become a Nen Master, but I can't find detailed instructions on what to do, and that translated page confuses the crap outta me. Any help, please? If not, I'll just become something else. Thank you. =) IGN is Morinosuke if anyone wants to talk. |

You got MSN?
This thread will become of no use very soon. I'd like to talk to you on there as well. If not, tell me what you use ^^ I can tell you the details on becoming a Nen Master as well On that note: I need 5 ~ 10 people who will help start up the community on my website before its actual release. These people are not restricted to only Arado Senki, but Dungeon and Fighter players as well. These people must be friendly and helpful at all. I am not biased towards who would like to join or not. I would like to bring in people who have a general sense of the game, have a will to help others and are friendly to others. Please post your instant messaging program or PM me that information if you'd like to keep it private. If you do not use one, just tell me your e-mail here or in PM Thankyou~
