ok i has a bit of a problem now... i was gonna become a physical exo but then everyone was like no falcon punch so i was like wtf so i just wanna know the good stuff and the bad stuff about infighter

Hello.

I downloaded this game a long time ago and had problems logging in. I thought it was my location or computer that had "compatibility" issues, but I just bought a brand new computer lately. But I still can't play.

So, here's my problem in details, any help would be appreciated and sorry for any irrelevant information in it :

I am located in France, I could register an account, log in, download the game, when I clicked "Start Game" I got some kind of patch files downloader. After that my screens reduces its resolution and it goes fullscreen on a black screen with a big, pixelised, white cursor.
After that, I am back to my desktop with a message "Runtime Error Unexpected termination for C:\\Nexus\Arad.exe".
We told me to switch in japanese for non-unicode, which I did, I reinstalled the game in japanese non-unicode and tried to launch it again but it did exactly the same.
I tried to move the folder into my "program files" folder but it did not work either.

Thanks for any answer, and I apologize if this issue has already been adressed, but the topic is 300 pages big, and I admit I did not felt like reading everything.

@Valnyan: Have you tried redownloading the client from another source and then reinstalling completely? I'm sorry, I searched for you on the forums but not a lot of people know how to fix it. Not only that, since you are in France you are probably not using a proxy, which means your situation is different than theirs. Could you provide information on your OS, video card, etc.?

Sure.

I used Windows XP Pro when I downloaded it on my first computer from hangame's site. Now I use Windows XP Familly Edition and I downloaded it from http://www.arad.jp and I reinstalled it when I put japanese for non-unicode.

My computer is 2.80GHz with 3Go of RAM, my card is an ATI Radeon 4800 Series 512 MB. Drivers are updated.

Also, it's someone I met on the net that tried to bring me in this game, he's in canada and experiences the same problem as me. I don't know what are the specs of his computer or if he uses a proxy ...

I'm not sure but you said you installed it in Japanese non-unicode? I see people on the thread saying it's supposed to be Japanese unicode and that many errors are due to that. That could be the issue.
Sorry if I don't make sense, I didn't really need to do anything about the language before installing and it works fine.

What do you mean by japanese unicode ? I mean, I don't know anything about computers so I don't really know what unicode means, but I just know I can change the language used for "non-unicode" programs.

Vocaloid is one of the programs I can not use properly without switching non-unicode to japanese, without it the kanas and kanji do not display correctly and it is impossible for me to make her sing anything else than "a".

But I do not know about switching unicode to japanese, if we could give me a hint about where it is hidden I will search for it and try.
