so they changed it so now you need to play using the vpn instead of just logging in and then disconnecting it and playing?

Yup you have to keep the VPN on the entire time

As an Asura, should I get a weapon mastery? It seems like a good investment to get an easy passive boost. If so, which weapon should I get it for? Also, is it worth maxing Mindflash or should I just put in one point?

Learn and max 小剣 Short Sword Mastery (short sword is the main weapon for asura, has highest magic atk).
Max Mind Flash, it increases mp regen and int when u get hit.
