Thx for the help. I know what to do now, but I can't get the VPN to work. I couldn't get the download for the packet IX to work and other VPN's I couldn't understand.

Read the other parts of the thread, even the last page. I posted guides there. If you have a question, probably other people asked it already, so I have answered it before in there.
