=_=... arad works fine on xp, not on vista... i get the 114 error after gameguard which is basically the unicode thing =_=... and ive already changed the unicode on vista to japanese, so anyone running on a vista wanna show me how to set arad up?

Hey look on the bright side, you can read their advice and respond at least. There's a lot you get to learn that isn't by trial and error. And I'll be happy to powerlevel your next char, if you're serious about wanting to change. Especially because I know you're serious about playing the game with your own effort, and not just there for a free ride from someone else.

On the occaisions where I've helped to install this game onto other people's computers when they were running Vista, we always dragged a copy of the entire ARAD folder to their desktop from whatever, be it a portable HDD or over a network. That being said we placed it exactly where it normally installs to, and let the updater fix everything else.

In your situation that might not be possible, but let me say that the installation process should be no different. Check and Recheck those unicode settings, because that's what it all comes down to. Nothing else can produce the 114 error.

And yes, Razon isn't a machine. He's a person. If you're going to ask something this important of him, I would think that knowing him or getting to know him, and showing some respect to him as an individual, would better your chances of getting him to help you get webcash. He is not an ATM. That SHOULD go without saying, but you know, you're right, since we're here, some people might need to hear that.

Yes, the 114 error is a unicode problem.

I have nothing to do with arad, but I think I can figure out a solution for you. I am running on Windows Vista, and these steps helped me out to open up DNF (Korean).

Have you followed these steps to change your unicode? If not, then try it. This has been posted before, but I couldnt really find it by myself, so ill type it out again.

1- Go to Control Panel > "Regional and Language Options"

2- On the new window, Go the Administrative tab.

3- Click on "Change System Locale" and change it into japanese (for me, it had to be korean)

You will be required to restart the computer, but this should fix your problem. If not, I have no other solution to give you.

been busy lately since im going back to usa for a few months, not sure how my play time will be until school starts again. (its ironic that i have more free time when i have school rather that during break, go japan)

ps. while japanese lower education may be bomb, higher education is utter crap when compared to usa

Does anyone know if a summoner can keep more than one creature out?

I think the max you can have out is like 15 summons. But don't quote me on that, I don't play summoner.

Spirits, such as wisps, can be summoned more than once. Contract summons and High-elements summons (Luis and Glarine for example) can only be summoned once at a time.

In DnF, spirits can only be summoned at the maximum amount of 7 after an update. However, I have heard that Arad didnt have this update yet (dont take word on this), so it is possible that they can still summon spirits with no limited maximum amount.

In terms of overall amount, I have no idea, in both Arad and DnF. Truthfully, as a lvl 35 summoner in DnF, I managed to get all my summons out pretty good.
