Default Nintendo Unveils Holiday Lineup

Nintendo Unveils Holiday Lineup

Nintendo has just sent out a detailed list running down the full slate of first and third party titles coming to the Wii and DS this holiday season and early next year. Of particular significance is a listing for a DS version of Assassin’s Creed, which is apparently in the works for release in February. How exactly the massive, free-form world of Assassin’s Creed will be translated to the DS is beyond me, but it will certainly be interesting to see what Ubisoft has up its sleeve for the title. Browsing down the enormous lineup list (hit the jump to see it in full), you’ll also notice the adjusted release date for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which is now coming out on February 10th as Nintendo officially confirmed earlier today.
“Because of Wii and Nintendo DS momentum, third-party publishers are supporting our systems like never before,” says George Harrison, Nintendo of America’s senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. “Their lineup of diverse games is testament to how we make the population of gamers a little bigger every day.”

OMG < orgasm!! If it's anything like Dragon Warrior Monsters...

My DS has just been saved. I was beginning to consider it a waste of money, besides the 2 DS Castlevanias

wtf?

Assassin's Creed. For the DS. Weird, but predict something innovative and unoriginal at the same time.

Sweet another Advanced Wars. That was a great game, too bad I didn't get the third one and got the second one stolen.

I agree. The trailers were masturbation worthy. It seems that this time around the items you equip will actually show up on your characters.

Oh, and the people in the game actually look somewhat like the concept art for the games does. It's actually pretty cool.
