I finally have one, but it's an account that has a KSSN that is 18+. I didn't use the Traveler's sign up, either. When I signed in, it gave me four options, which all needed something to assure that I was the actual person signing in.

I can't find any KSSNs that AREN'T 18+ and that guide is still vague as hell, all I can read is that you put three letters before the word "Name" and random numbers. I've been trying that, and have had somewhat successful results in the sense that I keep getting the same things, just without the second extension to the KSSN, .
