hey ppl ... i reacently had to reinstal the whole pc and now i dont remember what driver i need for my sound card.... but .... the worst part is i dont know what sound card i have
last time an aquaintence of mine did it for me... but he cant do it now ... so im asking for help here :P so if any1 knows a way to detect what sound card i have plz answer fast,..... thx in advance

You know I love you but I'm in too deep. Anyway, is it listed in Device Manager first? Chances are that it's an integrated sound card anyway, so what model/make is your motherboard? |

yea... i dont know the mother board either.... this pc has been dead for a wile and iv been useing an old laptop......so i dont remember the names..... i only remember my ram and video card memory ... lol.....

I assume you don't have any motherboard disks either?

nope .... sry...... i dont remember the name ....
..... i think i had soundMax.... but there is none for win xp ...... and im not sure what more it was exept soundmax....
