Face it General, you owe me after all the witty comments I entered into you.
Here's the deal. I just got a new computer, pretty good except the fact that the RAM is shit. That's another story though. It came with Vista pre-installed, which I didn't mind much. Though now I suppose the inevitable has happened, Vista is ****ing with me. My connection keeps disconnecting and I am forced to restart in order to connect again. I'm running on a Cable connection, Charter to be exact. I doubt it is a virus or anything of the sort, as I just got the computer today, and didn't visit any sites that would cause harm to my computer. Is it the fact that I turned off my Windows Firewall and McAfee Firewall? |

I think it has something got to do with your RAM. Vista itself takes up loads of RAM just to run it (about 1gig i think). I don't think turning off Windows Firewall would affect your computer, although something you downloaded might have a virus/trojan that affected your computer
