How do i perform one of these? The thing that cleans up any useless progams and gives my computer space and is it called a disk clean up?

I know lately i been asking a bunch of these type of question and i appreciate the help you guys have given me this far

Indeed, it is called Disk Cleanup and it is a system utility that is bundled with Windows. You can find it at Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools.

It removes unnecessary and leftover files, the "useless programs" you speak of are not decided by Windows, but by you.
