No particular meaning in Mexico... but just like lonelygirl15 and Chris Crocker, this has gotten tons of attention, mainly from the freak factor, I'll gladly translate what the "Truthful Truth" video says about it, then translate "The Truthful Truth is a Lie" video.
But if you haven't seen it, you shouldn't be afraid of the dark... or of transvestite "it's" in fairy costumes tab dancing for you.

ok seriously, not trying to be the coolest guy on the webbernets but:

i saw this at least 100 years ago on one of the *chans.

its been explained at least 100 times and is in no way creepy.

But yes, the first time i saw it i was quite interested in finding out the whole story because it did seem VERY weird.

Well, the first time I watched this, I had no sound on, so I couldn't help but laugh my *** off. I'm sorry, but without the sound, it isn't remotely frightening. However, with the sound on, it scary as hell.

When you think about it logically, a well aimed spaghetti noddle could probably topple that...thing...over, so it shouldn't be frightening, but lord, that face is one for radio.

Yeah, the sound really makes a difference. There was a movie where someone was getting stabbed, but they didn't actually show it. However, there was some very shrill, dissonant music going on while the guy was stabbing the other guy. The company sent it to the group of people that rates movies, (G - N17) and they said that it was too scary, and told the company that they would not allow them to release it.

Well, that same company took the music out and sent it back, and the raters dubbed the movie ok.

Yeah I'm pretty sure thats what some people call it. Also this video is really old I can't believe most of you haven't seen it already.
