I got pnuemonia purty bad once. I couldn't eat for a few days since I threw it up a few minutes later.

I get sick quite a bit, but it's usually only for a few days, and it's rarely anything worse beyond a cold or a sore throat.

I don't think its the worst sick I'll ever experience but I had some pretty bad allergic reaction once. (Not positive to what, I broke out with rashes on my arms when it came on. The day before I was helping my brother uproot some monster aloe vera plant.)
Anyways, I'd wake up with nose bleeds. Had a killer migraine, couldn't expose myself to light unless I wanted to intensify the pain. I was extremely fatigued, had the shivers during a Florida summer. Luckily, I was able to sleep through most of it because it lasted for 5-6 days.

My worst sick was when I had diahrea at 8 years old. My grandma gave me the genius idea of making me wear diapers because I still had to go to school.
