ip used 5 times - Silkroad

Hi, members of ONRPG, I need your help. I want to play Silkroad, but I couldn't make an account since it said my ip was used 5 times nor can I submit an error report for this problem since I don't have an account. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make me an account. If you can and are willing please send me a pm for more details. Thanks in advance!

Why don't you go to your friends house and make the account or at school?
