my comp i think is from 2005, and it's graphic card might be dying. so look at this.

System:

Microsoft WindowsXP

Home Edition

Version 2002

Service Pack 2

Registered to:

Justin

Dell Dimension DIM3000

Intel(R)

Celeron(R) CPU 2.66GHz

2.66 GHz, 512 MB of RAM

can i run some of the newest games? was that enough info? is some of this info OK to put on this forum? if some of it isn't, please hide it.

maybe some of the new mmorpg but no new games for you since they mostly require 1G ram, dual core or at least p4-AMD64 and a good graphics card like geforce 7600-7900 or 8600GT-8800GTS/Ati x1650-x1950 or HD2600-HD2900

You need Dual Core and 2 GB ram to play the newest games. If you have the money buy a 8800 GT.

Ex Bio Shock, Crysis, UT.....

well, damn. me and my family is on well fair, so i can't afford a PS3, i can barely afford a Wii, and i KNOW i can't afford the required stuff to play most of the new games........................this sucks.

by the way, when i mean family, i mean my mom, dad, and my 2 sisters. i don't really have my own family, I'm only a teen.

Just welfare? Life must be pretty difficult with so many members in your family. But you have a pretty standard computer with an internet connection, so don't be too upset about what you have.

Yeah... if thats your windows xp product code you got up there I would take it off.

Lol thats like the exact same computer I have cept I upgraded to a gig of ram and my processor is a little better [2.8ghz] and I got a 128mb gfx card lol..

and yeah you won't be able to play much at all with this computer. Though you can probally play most games from <2005 and prior.
