i'm from belgium to and it starts at midnight or 01:00 i'm not shure one of those

u just gotta do the math 18 +5= 23 GMT so that meanns if ur GMT +1 u gotta do 23+1= 24
but will all the time changing in belgium it could be that atm we are in GMT +2 so that would mean 01:00
