Right for the last few months ive been having to live with my crappy laptop computer. 1.8ghz prossesor, 1gb ram, 80 gb harddrive. Now i have gotten off my lasy *** and gotten myself a job.

I have been saving my money up for a decent desktop and have gotten myself $1,000 to play with. I came across this auction and im seriously considering buying it.

Specs:
Processor: intel core 2 duo E4400 2.0Gx2
Motherboard: ASUS p5GC-MX intel chipset 945G chipset
Memory: 2G DDR 2 667 memory
Hard drive: western digital 250G Sata 2 hard drive
Video card: geforce 8500GT 256M video card

Its going for $899 NZD ($683 USD). What im asking is should i go for it?
