Well, if you want a lot of action... Try Le Chevalier D'Eon. It doesn't really have FLCL music, but it's epic beyond measures.

definitely stay far far away from negima,then.

i'd say tenjho tenge for sure. funny, awesome fights, and the opening for it (bomb a head by MCAT) is possibly the most catchy song i have ever heard.

if you want really random hilarious parody stuff like FLCL, i'd suggest excel saga (but watch in japanese as english voice for main character is V. V. ANNOYING)
