I bought this version and add it to my account but how can i get in the Eye of the north version?? when i make a new char it doesn't give the option to make a char to play there >.>

Before buying take closer look if you are buying beer or wine.

You can access it only with lvl20 characters, quest to start it can be gained at Kamadan/Lions Arch/Major Factions city I dont remember

That would be Kaineng Center in Factions. Upon entering any of the three cities, you'll be given an quest alert and who to get it from.

And yes, it only needs your character to be level 20. You don't need to have that character ascended I did that with my Tyrian Necro who's never gone past Lion's Arch, got her up to the Eye of the North to unlock Gwen, Vekk and Ogden Stonehealer.

lvl14 now no matter what you say about E/MO's they are still good

and the eye of the north is together with nigthfall on 1 account btw "
