I already know how to do it and everything but turns out the sound came out off sync. How can I fix this? I used DVD decrypter and videora iPod converter.

Are you trying to do this on OSX, or Windows? Because, if its OSX, get yourself a copy of Roxio Toast. If Windows, LOL @ you, I don't know.
