And the loss of a potential customer. I had to quit WoW due to tight financial issues at the moment, so paying for some other game is out of the question.

-sigh- Oh well, I guess I'll keep scouring the net for something to fill it's shoes for the time being.

the PS3 has free online services, which is the way it should be in my opinion. anyways, im sure bringing up the PS3 will garner more flames as that tends to be a hated system due the fact many hate sony for no other purpose than hating it.

Yeah the anti-ps3 usually comes from Xbox 360 users, that and because the PS3 generally is losing this round for the battle of next gen systems, they need more appealing games to compete, but with the amount of exclusives they are losing, it's going to be a hard battle uphill for them. Who knows, maybe MGS4 will help spice it up a bit :P

I have no problems with Sony, it's just not a lot of good games for their new behemoth at the moment. Same with Wii... which has beyond amazing first party support, but I've not liked one third party game for that system yet. (okay, I lie, I did like Crash Of The Titans... but that wasn't a Wii exclusive) Last PS3 game I got excited about was Heaven's Sword, and that game was way too short to be considered great.

... which I know that issue has been changing over time, but the only games I'm interested in for it are also coming for X360, so I'm not going to pay $500-$600 for the same games I'm already playing elsewhere.

I do agree with free online gaming on consoles, though. Even though XBL's 5 a month or 50 a year is quite reasonable.

LOL @ All the WoW Haters. WoW you can do multiple professions, you don't have to grind for endless hours, the ammount of time it takes to get to level 30 in maple story I could be level 70 in WoW, The instances OWN. You could have more fun making 20x 14 day trial accounts trying out every class and running Deadmines over and over you'd still have more fun with a WoW Trial account then 98% of the F2P MMO's.

the people that hate WoW are the ones who are so used to grinding they just started grinding on boars because they didnt no abbout quests and give up before even level 20 "lawl WoW Is pure shit fags!~"

Some, but some were also opinion. I, for one, don't care for the instances. I just don't enjoy them that much. Also, Deadmines means you are alliance, and alliance is FTL, seriously.

I liked the game, but it got boring pretty quick.
