Ultimate baseball online is the best online baseball game. You can create a player of any position. The game has a small download and it is very popular. You can start your own teams and get into tournaments, if you win you can win up to 10k in prizes.
The game has nice RPG elements in it. You get exp for doing well in games and every time you get enough exp you level up (99 lvls) and can put Perimeter points into your stats (like speed bodystrength arm strength throwing accuracy quickness catching range, and stamina).
The game is very addiction. You can play 3 6 and 9 inning games and you can have up to 3extra innings in a tie.
You need a minimum of 3people on each team to start the game. A pitcher and two fielders. If you play with 3people the remaining fielding spots will be played by an A.I (computer) But an ai won't bat so you usually get 1-3 atbats per inning and 4-10 in a three inning game.
Pitching is very fun in this game even though it is a hitters game. High level hitters that are normal will still hit around .500 with the good hitters above .600.

a new update is coming in 2008 that makes the graphics a lot better (The new graphics will look more like xbox 360 ps3 quality and the current ones are wii,GC,PS2,Xbox quality)

I played it and just wanted to say, if you don't like watching baseball (not a baseball fan), don't play this because I think baseball is incredibly boring and so this game is boring and slow-paced compared to other sport games.

its dumb theres so little players, i thought it was a pretty cool concept though

Have you played lately? On prime time there are over 1k players on. It doesn't seem like a lot but since a game only needs 6 you never have to wait unless its 4-7in the morning central.

A true MMOFPS in the sense, with the freedom to experience roleplaying elements, and not grinding elements like every single MMORPG/FPS in the world. Salute to Face Of Mankind.
