I believe Planeshift is an OpenSource MMO"RP"G with a Linux client. Don't ask me whether it's playable.

Yes, I believe there's a game or two that's officially compatible with some distributions and their respective versions of WINE (the Windows emulator; Cedega is a commercial version of that focusing on games, but things might run with the free version as well). I don't think there's a lot of free games with this property, though, and games that use rootkits such as Gameguard to hack the system are generally incompatible with emulators.
But then... as far as games and Linux are concerned, beggars can't be choosers.
