Tried Rappelz and no real tanking. - Free MMORPG Requests

Ok rappelz is free with the party system, but noone seems to ever need a tank. I'm lvl 23 so far and i've been in 1 group of 2 people. I tanked 1 monster for 10 seconds and the group disbanded after it died. Can any other players tell me when it ramps up? Right now its very boring and the solo grind is drivin me off. Also could someone suggest another free mmo with a nice tank/heal/dps system? I don't really care about graphics.

35 to around 90 is tanking then back to 2 man groups or solo's
