Dark Revalation

I've been and am still looking for a mmorpg with good to high quality graphics, friendly community, easy to use interface, pvp restricted to an arena or a different server, maybe has a system where the first person to attack a monster gets the exp and kill to prevent ksing, isn't too grindy or too less grindy i.e. fairly easy to lvl up in the starting levels that slows down slightly in the mid and later levels but not that a good party camping couldn't fix.

Character customising would be nice as well at least to some extent like hair, face, clothes, and color. Theme doesn't really matter as long is it's presented nicely with a story behind it and guides new players to fully understand the game mechanics. Being f2p, b2p or p2p doesn't matter, if something falls anywhere close to what I've stated I'd gladly shell out the cash for it.

Sorry for the long description but I'm just annoyed of not being able to find what I've been looking for in a game so here's hoping.

city of heroes/city of villains was pvp restricted to arena the last time i played (like 2-3 years ago before villains was out)lotsa custimization the just added weapon cosimization and i think they have loot now should be fun i might buy it again

Well grind isn't too noticeable if your partying with friends, which is usually why I get utterly bored of alot of games so quickly is the lack of the fact parties aren't really necessary, oh and please don't recommend WoW or GW, already been there, done that.
