How do you even play PSOBB? I don't understand how to play it, like it says you download it, but do you really need to buy the game first before even playing it or what?

Anyone know of anything i could play with these specs? Looking for something with PvP/PvE. Kinda like WoW. Already tried runescape , but dont like it anymore.

Rose should be added to the list, since it's going f2p.
I'm not sure what the specs are, but I'm pretty sure they're low enough.
