Default i am back and need help with disc defrag

alright i made a thread about these huge files take up 130 gb of my hard drive so, i found em, turns out it was 10 000+ files in my temp folder, any way i want to defrag it and when i do it only defrags 2% of my hard drive why is that is there a option that only makes it defrag 2% or something please help, im bad with things like this

well, your temp folder is... temp. It is a place to store files temporarily. You can simply delete the contents of the temp folder. Not the folder itself, just whats inside of it.

But there is no option to selectively defrag a drive with the windows degragger.
