Help Graphic settings - General

Hi to all
well i maked a test in systemrequerimentslab to test my computer and if my pc can handle some Games
and well
i have this in my Graphic card test:
Vertex Shader Ver.: Required - 2.0 , You have - 1.1
Pixel Shader Ver.: Required - 2.0 , You have - 1.4

and well where i can download the vertex/pixel shader thing?

my Graphic card its Ati Radeon 9250
whit directX 9.0C

You cannot download the latest "pixel/shader thing". It is showing what your graphics card can support.

You have an older graphics card, that does not include the latest of these technologies.
