Well thanks for the advice i decided not to get it but i'm getting a gaming rig with a summer job i'll get over the summer this is what i'm looking at right now its not bad

What should i get then i need a new video card because mine sucks and barely runs wow what do u guys recommend i do then?

Wait for black friday? I heard Bestbuy sold 4 GB flash drive for 10$(right now 1 GB = 10$) I know I know you are talking about Gfx card and ram but who knows maybe its just like the flash drives. Ill wait if I were you.

does your motherboar supports PCI express?, if the answer is no, then your options are pretty extremely slim, I would suggest them to just change the whole motherboard which is another procedure and different expenditure
