i always get this even though my info is right. what am i doing wrong?

I also seem to be getting that. ( I got the invite to Aeria games today. D: )
And I'm 100% sure my ID/Pass is correct.

CAPITALIZE

apparently they really care about that so if your name is MyDoMo that's how you are supposed to write it
