I don't know, people buy a lot of music online as well. I prefer buying CDs though. I don't like paying full price for compressed music.

My sister has an iPod and just the sheer quality and functions that my Zune can perform make the iPod look dull in comparrsion. Granted, this is a biased opinion, but I wouldn't trade my Zune in ever.
When you say "other sources", do you mean places such as piratebay and limewire, or do you mean sources such as Napster(ie: the now legal napster), and other legal online music stores? Because I mean legal online music stores. The Zune is locked out of music with any DRM other than what comes from microsoft's online music store.

Anyway, I've played with a Zune and an iPod myself(Don't own either), and while the Zune does have more features, I found the features very much so half-assed. Where as the iPod does exactly what it's suppose to do very well.

I don't have a friend that has less than 20GB of music, with me being at the top with ~150GB
