Now, I am fairly tech savvy, but I can't figure this out. How can I pay for something on the internet without a credit card? anyone know how, or know a guide to how? thanks.

I'm not sure you can't, I haven't done much online shopping, but the money needs to come from the bank, like in Paypal, you need to deposit money in order to use it

so then, If I can find my infos for my bank (need to find my bank book) I may be able to set up paypal?

Yep, I think thats possible with Paypal.

Well, these days when you open a bank account, you most often get a Debit/Credit Card, which you pay for things just like you would with a normal credit card, just the money is directly tied to your account, where as a credit card, you are simply borrowing the money and then will pay it back later.
