im trying to cheat to get an surround system from some site

and i kinda need to change my IP or something. anyone know how?

Search google for a website that lets you surf other websites using an anonymous connection.

but programs:

Hide IP, IP hider, anonymizer

Simple, a new browser window will usually pop up allowing you to surf the internet through whatever proxy you've decided on. Try Anonymouse or NinjaProxy.

Or, use a SOCKS proxy. "Planetlab Proxy" in google search. Find one. In Firefox go to Tools>Options>Advanced>Network>Settings>Manual Proxy Configuration>Put it in there. That should work too. Vtunnel is a good anonymizer too. Be careful using them at school, they are really cracking down on it now.
