i got a problem if i want to start
if i click on Hero Online, i got start window , thats normal
but
then i get a fault

, he said:

Server maintainance. Please check your FIREWALL and NETWORK SETTING.
Please try connecting again in a moment

but i have tryed sometimes, and nothing he said whole time the same:
Please check your FIREWALL and NETWORK SETTING.
Please try connecting again in a moment

so i hope anyone can help me
