1. Mentorship, now you can go teach people for a chance to gain reputation points when they add you as mentor.
2. 20 Skill Points. If you haven't happen to use them for any weapon skills at all, you might be able to read up 20 books for fishing and show your name on the artisan info list.
3. Various Hunting Quests and Item Quests that need at least level 20 to do.
4. Stock opening which needs at least level 20 to subscribe to the stocks.
5. That dark invasion event which has a level requirement of 20.
6. Horses have a level 20 requirement.

Not exactly sure when you'll be able to apply for a warehouse, last time it was level 30 or something.
7. Open A Raccoon Doll at level 20 (no matter how useless it may be)

Alright thanks, im lvl 30 now with a raccoon name smokie, but one thing that has been getting me mad is the fact that, it only stays in the real world for like 11 minutes, then goes to he spirit world for 20 minutes, is there any item that can make the summons stay in the real world longer or better yet forever?

well the only way to make it stay in the real world really long is to make ur summon kill monsters and lvl up. then they'll live for a loooooong time. i think around lvl 15 the monster should stay alive for about half an hour to an hour im not sure. this is just a wild guess since i dont even use monsters but thats how it goes for the summons
