actually its more like you can send in a report to the customer service (email add: customerservice@myrosso.com) and include in details such as name,I/C number, contact number, myRosso login ID, email address, server (en/cn), description of case and also a copy of your I/C in .JPG format.
If everything is correct then they will send you your pincode once they have verified everything which it normally takes lesser than 7 working days...But if your info is wrong then i have no idea...
