Thats ****ing ridiculous, just like all other arguments about this. The games are rated M for a reason. If the parents have a problem with their kid killing things, DON'T buy them the system. If your child is so detached from reality, that he can't tell a video game from real life, you've got bigger problems than him getting a hold of a video game with pixilated gore.
