Weird error when trying to run Exteel. - Exteel

Ok, I get the launcher up, and it looks like Exteel is going to run, but then this comes up.

And then this comes up

Then it closes.

I'm running Vista, I meet all requirements. Any idea on whats going on? I set all administrative properties... so I don't know whats happening

I'm guessing firewall?

I don't have my firewall enabled.

It might be windows defender, but I can't disable that(at least to my knowledge)

Anyone else?
