Just Terrible - Page 3 - Seal Online

when ure making a review, u should always keep in mind when this game was made. the fact is the game was made 4-5 years ago. so dont expect something new from it. although it does have something thats different from other games.

the combo system does looks like deco but its not poorly done like deco. in seal online u actually have to time it well or u will screw it up. not like in deco where u can just spam the buttons.. and it really feels like ure doing combos because of the speciall effects when ure doing it. u get more cooler effects when u do special combos. can u come up with a game thats F2P n has better combo system ?? not really..

the fishing system is always fun.. did u try that ?? theres 2 fishing styles. AFK fishing which is nothing new.. and manual fishing which is always fun to do when ure bored with grinding.

the pet system is better than most games.. u feel like ure having a pet cause u need to feed it and u can evolve it. n there are tons of pets. it would be better if the pets can help u in combat like pets in DOMO but its still better than most games.

the graphic is fine.. if u dont like the graphic because its cute then dont even try to play it cause the chance is u will hate it. some of us like the cute animeish style.. take a look back 4-5 years ago n judge it compared to other cell-shaded games that came out around that year. seal online graphic is nicely done.

ure review is crap n biased.
if u wanna make a review of a game, u should explore EVERYTHING that the game has to offer. if u didnt try everything, dont make a review, cause its simply not a review. its just biased opinions.

I like the game, the only part I don't understand is the darn A, S, and D key combo thing. D:

what about it that u dont understand ?? its really easy to do...
lvl 1 - lvl 9 -> u can do combos only using ur knuckles.
lvl 10 n above -> learn the combo skill specific to ur class and use the weapon specific to our class to do combos.

fill up the combo gauge, u can do combos when the combo gauge is red
gotta time ur combo well.. press A,S, or D just before the weapon hits the enemy.

-you dont grind!!! there are quests!!!!!
translation: For some reason our village needs you to go outside and murder these pink bubbles over and over again. I am not grinding! Because the town needs me to kill these in order to get the precious groidium (whatever that is).

Closing thoughts. Pass on this game.

This person has no taste in MMO's. Poor translation? This game's been translated better than most foreign MMO's I've played. Lack of skills? This game has more skills than any MMO I've played (with the exception of Guildwars). Awkward skill system? It's not that different from most MMO's. The font is too small to read? Hell, my font size on MSN is smaller than that. You should get your eyes checked.

You obviously have no clue what you're talking about.

you do realise u can fix the text by installing the korean language packs, it changes the font and the font size dramatically, making it ALOT more easier to read.

-poor direction in the beginning of the game. -LOL. There's an entire guide layed out for what you have to do from levels 1-10 under the Help menu. There's also constant hints/tips popping up on the screen.
-lack of skills for classes. -Hmm, they could use a little more skills. Not some major flaw though.
-awkward skill system. -Skill systems just fine...

I agree that none of this really made any sense. The biggest flaw of the game is how slow you walk... and you didn't even mention it.

Good for you! You obviously haven't gone past level 25 or 30 (depends on your class) to fully enjoy the game.

I have to say that you have no appreciation for simplicity. And since you think simplicity is awkward, you should stop playing all MMORPG's.

Have you linked 20 combos before and ending it with a end combo skill? I don't think so.

You don't grind, there are quests
I don't get this one... are you complaining that there's no grinding or the quests are too similar?

Warriors have a skill that increases their walking speed though. So idk might be either. =o
