So i didnt learn the skil chat,trade and a few others does this mean if i left newbie town i wont be able to learn them?

You can learn them, there are NPC's in every town that teach you them. The Beggar teaches you Sleep, Martial Combo, Fishing and Emoticon. The Merchant teaches Seller's Kiosk, Buyer's Kiosk and Chatting. And there's a Jewelry NPC that teaches Refine, and the Bartenders in the Taverns teach you Party.

Oo i havent seen a Beggar Npc.. and every mercaht i talk to hasnt offered me the skill.
But thanks good to know i can still learn it.
